Internal Regulations
I. LEGAL FRAMEWORK
In accordance with Article 25 of Decree 13/2020 of May 18, the establishment adopts the present Internal Regulations, which are mandatory for all guests. These regulations: Set forth binding rules without contravening Law 13/2011 of December 23 or the provisions of this Decree. Are available to guests and displayed—at minimum—in Spanish and English in visible, easily accessible locations within the establishment. They are also published on the hotel’s website. Permit, in the event of non-compliance with the regulations or basic standards of social coexistence, to call upon the assistance of the Security Forces and Corps, pursuant to Article 36.4 of Law 13/2011.
II. ADMISSION & IDENTIFICATION
All guests must present valid identification upon checkin. Prior to admission, guests will receive an Admission Form, which must be signed. The form includes: hotel name, classification, registration number, accommodation unit identification, guest count, checkin and checkout dates, and price (if booked directly). A copy will be retained by the hotel.
III. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
Guests are required to: Observe the rules of conduct, hygiene, and internal regulations. Depart by the agreed checkout date and vacate the unit accordingly. Settle any bills at the time of presentation or within the agreed period; filing a complaint does not exempt payment. Respect hotel facilities, equipment, and the natural and cultural environment of Andalusia. The hotel management may deny access or expel those who violate these duties (Law 13/2011, arts. 22 & 36.3).
IV. GUARANTEES & DEPOSITS
The hotel may request a payment guarantee—by card, transfer, or other appropriate means—for the reservation and extras. A security deposit may be held and returned after inspection, unless: Unregistered persons are accommodated or visit the room. Excessive dirt, damage, or odors (e.g. tobacco use). Disturbances to other guests (especially at night). Overstay beyond the checkout time of 12:00 hrs. The deposit does not preclude further legal action if required.
V. STAY DURATION
The hotel day begins at 12:00 hours on the checkin date and ends at 12:00 hours on the checkout date. During peak occupancy, checkin may be delayed up to three hours without penalty. Extensions beyond the contracted period are not permitted unless agreed in advance, in which case a full additional day is charged.
VI. OCCUPANCY, VISITORS & MINORS
Should two persons occupy a double room reserved as single, the double rate will apply. Unregistered visitors are not permitted. Minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not allowed.
VII. SECURITY & LIABILITY
The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables or money on its premises. The cleaning service operates from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs. Bath towels are to be used solely for personal hygiene and may not be taken to the beach. For beach use, towels are available at reception. Night-time quiet hours: 23:00 to 09:00 hrs. Guests must refrain from noise. Smoking is prohibited except in accordance with Laws 28/2005 and 42/2010. Animals are not allowed without explicit authorization, except guide dogs under Law 5/1998.
VIII. ACCESS TO COMMON AREAS
Access may be restricted in the following cases: a) When maximum capacity is reached. b) Outside business hours. c) If under the minimum legal age. d) If the required fee has not been paid. e) In cases of violent or dangerous behavior. f) Poor personal hygiene. g) Carrying weapons or items that may be used as such, unless authorized by law for security personnel. h) Drug use, intoxication, vandalism, or other disruptive conduct. In these cases, police assistance may be summoned. Guests must pay for services used up to the time of access denial or expulsion.
IX. LOST PROPERTY
Left-behind items will be retained for two months, except underwear, personal hygiene products, food, or beverages.
X. INFORMATION & ASSISTANCE
For questions regarding hotel operations, guests should contact reception, who will direct them to the appropriate department or person.
XI. THIRDPARTY SERVICES
Reception can provide information on excursions and services offered by third parties. The hotel is not responsible for such external services.
XII. SAFETY ADVICE & RECOMMENDATIONS
Guests are advised to: Monitor and secure their luggage; lock suitcases when unattended. Keep the room door closed, even for brief absences. Ensure the door is properly locked upon leaving. Store baggage in wardrobes and lock it when possible. Avoid displaying valuables. Report any suspicious activity. Keep room keys safe and return them directly to reception. Avoid revealing room or hotel details with strangers. Do not admit repair personnel without hotel authorization. Decline unsolicited deliveries. Keep plans for outings confidential. Avoid hanging laundry over balcony rails. Report any damages or malfunctions. Respect rest and siesta hours. Note that room electricity is 220 V.
